When we took over our new office space in Aarhus, we discovered that the location had a long history of being a store. Being an event agency an all, we felt the instant urge to continue this long tradition by selling our very own product: culture.
We created a concept for our cultural store which consist of a few criteria: Once a month we open the store for customers, and every time we work together with an external partner, who presents their cultural product in a collab with Culture Works.
So far more than 500 people have swung by our store openings for networking and shopping of cultural products. But more importantly, we have managed to create a debate in the media about the word ‘Culture’ and how culture can be a physical product.
