Our good friends at De Forenede Dampvaskerier asked us to design and create a sustainable fair at FoodExpo 2018.
They wanted us to make a design that projected their sustainable profile and focused on their green initiatives and products.
We designed the fair as a hotel with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and restaurant – all separated by green, leafy walls. The design activated DFD’s products in an authentic setting to illustrate their unique features for everyone to experience.
The fair was greener and more sustainable than ever. All products were 100% sustainable and all the wood was FSC labeled. During the three fair days, 360 people were seated in the restaurant and had a bite of the delicious, Earth-inspired menu by Rasmus Fischer.
