The Challenge. The international & super hyped makeup brand Urban Decay was to be exclusively sold by Magasin and wanted to create a big colorful splash with a release event and PR campaign. The edgy brand wished to connect with their exsting young community while engaging with new potential fans, spreading the colorful rumor in town and on digital media.

The Kickoff. To enable a truly far reaching kickoff event, we creatd a strategic PR-push with influential bloggers, local media & it-people personally received a luxurious goodie bag. The upcoming music act König was playing live in the store creating a unique and exclusive atmosphere.

The Win. The launch of Urban Decay in Magasin was a big success with 400+ people attending the opening whereas 200 where specifically invited, 15 bloggers were activated at the event and on their blogs. Local media furthermore created 5+ media mentions.
